Description
The project consisted of three 27-floor residential towers connected by a common three level basement with parking lots, entrances, a gym, swimming pools, and miscellaneous services. Aside from working as lead contractor, CRIBA also co-developed this turn-key project forming a trust fund with the Hacoaj Sailing Club and with the French Bank (BBVA) acting as trustee.
