Description
The project consists of five separate buildings: four 14 floor and a 21 floor residential towers with common underground service areas. The contract included excavation, groundwater lowering, drainage, creation of the reinforced concrete structure and general masonry work. The following installations were also performed: plumbing, gas, fire, electrical, communications, insulation, elevator and joinery. Sheet rock walls and ceilings and kitchen furniture were also installed. Construction was done as a 50-50 joint venture between Obras & Sistemas Inc. and CRIBA Inc. and required assistance from and coordination with local labor guilds for installations.
