Description
The Polo Dot Complex features a shopping center, offices and a hotel. CRIBA was hired to build a four story structure with two basement levels adjacent to the existing structure as well as a cement park on the entrance boulevard. Construction was done in adherence to LEED standards in order to ensure a LEED Silver rating.
