CRIBA partnered with Dirikon Inc. for the second phase of construction of this commercial office building venture in Nordelta which features 40m2 modular units. A beam-less reinforced concrete slab structure was used to allow for a wide variety of potencial configurations. Each of the units features a full bathroom, kitchenette and a tastefully designed foyer and the building has state-of-the-art elevators. Units also offer hot and cold air conditioning, fire detectors, CCTV security cameras and power generators.
