Description
This building was created as a result of a shortage of middle class housing developments in the souther part of the province of Buenos Aires. This star-shaped venture’s has 900 apartments distributed between three 26-story towers connected by a central core. It also has two basement parking lots and numerous amenities. Construction of the foundation required the use of pile caps due to poor soil quality and the presence of a high water table.
